Hello bookish people,
I’m still feeling blue, so I’m still in a reading slump. However, I’m at the same time satisfied as I aced the readathons and because we will be in October at the end of the week. Which means a new month, a new TBR.
MY WEEK
Monday 27th: I postponed my reading time the whole day. First, I worked on the week 4 post of the readathons. Then, I played my TBR game to prepare my post, and I reflected that I may not do a recommendation post this month for the first time in a long time. So I finally read but only 67 pages of my big book, and it wasn’t a pleasure, sadly. I will see tomorrow; maybe I was too exhausted.
Tuesday 28th: Like yesterday, I postponed my reading time. Instead, I checked the grammar for both posts wrote yesterday. Also, I wrote the review for The Mystery of Mrs Christie by Marie Benedict (spoiler alert: DNFed) before going to an appointment. I also took a photo with all the books I read in September before storing them on my shelves. I also took the time to clean my shelves simultaneously as I have the Billy in black, and it loves the dust. In the end, I didn’t read as I wasn’t in the mood.
Wednesday 29th: I went to work outside, and I wrote the review for I Love You So Mochi by Sarah Kuhn and my monthly summary. Before that, I did some candles for some family friends, and I tried to read a little, but I couldn’t, so I decided to DNF the big book even if it’s an ARC. I will talk about it more in the review.
Thursday 30th: I totally finished my monthly summary. I also decide to not do a recommendation post for September. I’m taking the day off before October just to reconnect with myself.
THE BOOKS

Little Thieves by Margaret Owen: This is the fifth throw, but I wasn’t in the mood to read a big book, so I postponed the reading. However, this book wasn’t for me, and I DNFed it.
That’s all the last week of September; I can’t believe it’s finished. For once, I didn’t stress too much for those readathons. This is also the last weekly post about my weeks; I spend a great time doing them, so maybe I will do it again, but I need to think about it.
Bye, bye,
Liz.
