Review
After the cliffhanger of the previous book, I was happy to start this one.
The main issue I had was the new character, Zola. Her story is interesting; I like that you start to know her past, but I’m not fond of her behaviour as a ghost in Rycroft Manor. However, she adds a novelty to it and shakes all the established rules.
Also, we continue to discover more about the ghosts in the manor, but also we see Daphne through the eyes of her friends. I like that she starts to evolve and think more about what defined her as a person.
And again, we have a cliffhanger at the end. So, again, I’m not okay with it, but I will read it as soon as possible as I have the third volume.
Liz.
