Thus begins the extraordinary life of Addie LaRue, and a dazzling adventure that will play out across centuries and continents, across history and art, as a young woman learns how far she will go to leave her mark on the world.
But everything changes when, after nearly 300 years, Addie stumbles across a young man in a hidden bookstore and he remembers her name.

Review
This book is definitely one of my favourites of this year.
I had a great pleasure each time I was reading it. It took me six days to read it, and each time I wanted for this story to never end.
In this book, everything is in symbiosis. Everything is timeless, all the characters, the story in itself and the writing.
All the characters are captivating, and they all have stories to tell. It feels like stories in a story. I like how they personally evolve as much as how they interact with each other.
I know that this book will be a re-read for me in the years to come.
Liz.
