This list is a non-exhaustive list of the books I would like to read in October. It’s a little darkest than the previous months, but it’s October!

Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia (publisher: Jo Fletcher Books)
Since it’s released I want to read this book in October. The summary and the atmosphere feels like this is the best period to read it.

Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier (publisher: Virago Press)
I was appealed by this book for a long time. Some days ago, I saw the adaptation for Netflix shows, and I knew I want to read it.

The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty (publisher: Harper Voyager)
I discover this series thanks to Becca & The Books (her Youtube channel) and now I just want to read it.

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab (publisher: Titan Books)
I never read a V.E. Schwab book. I decided to start with this series and see if I like it.

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab (publisher: Tor Books)
The second book of V.E. Schwab, I want to read this October. This time, it’s because of the summary that I want to read it. I’m so hyped by it.

Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas (publisher: St. Martins Press)
At the beginning, I wasn’t interest in this book, but after some time I went back to it and now I so much want to read.

Anxious People by Fredrik Backman (publisher: Atria Books)
I don’t have an explanation for this book; I love the title and the cover.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (publisher: Bloomsbury)
I need to read this book so I can finish the series before the end if the year, which is my main goal of 2020.
Don’t hesitate to share the books that you want to read this month or give your thoughts about these books if you have already read them.
Liz.
