This list is a non-exhaustive list of the books I would like to read in September; as usual some books can be added.

The Black Flamingo by Dean Atta (publisher: Hodder Children’s Books)
I heard great things about this book. It’s written in verse. I don’t read enough poetry, and I think it’s a good start.

No Offense by Meg Cabot (publisher: Piatkus)
I read the first book of this series, and I liked it. So I can’t wait to read this one.

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll (publisher: Penguin Classics)
It’s a book that I am mean to read this month as there is the Banned Books Week from September 27th to October 3rd.

Women Don’t Owe You Pretty by Florence Given (publisher: Cassell)
Can we talk about the cover? It’s just amazingly stunning!

Get A Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert (publisher: Piatkus)
Nowadays, I am craving for that kind of novel and that I heard a lot of great thing about it.

In The Land of Men by Adrienne Miller (publisher: Ecco)
I am dying to read another memoir, but I am afraid at the same time, I don’t know why.

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab (publisher: Titan Books)
Everyone is talking about that author, and I am happy to start with this book.
Don’t hesitate to share the books that you want to read this month or give your thoughts about these books if you have already read them.
Liz.
