Review

I start to read this book then as I was struggling, I decided to stop reading it. I begin to reread it from the beginning and not jump right back where I was. This book is more explanatory than the other ones.

The descriptions make the book very cinematic. I was totally imagining the scenes. Also, I liked the different form they sometimes give to the text, they respect the real design, or they are handwritten.

I don’t like how Harry is from the beginning to the end of the book considered as a particular person, and not in the right way. For some, it’s jewellery in a collection, and for others, it’s an advertisement or a prize.

You know more about Voldemort, his past and how he becomes who he is now.

The obsession of Harry for Draco is so funny and at the same time frustrating as you know he is on the right path, but nobody trusts him.

I wasn’t happy about the way the author shows French girl though the character of Fleur Delacour, especially the lack of respect she shows toward the Weasley family. Nevertheless, I am so happy about how she shows she cares about Bill.

The passage where you have Lavender Brown was too numerous. As I find her incredibly annoying, it was sometimes a problem.

Like in most of the book, I don’t like Dumbledore and how he hides to Harry capital piece of information. The way he postpones explanations, as it’s not done how he wants, is frustrating as hell. I dislike how he thinks that he is smarter than anyone else. I sometimes have an uneasy feeling toward him.

As always, I didn’t want to finish the book even if I liked it less than the others. The end is great, as even if they face a sad situation, the book ends on a good note.

Liz.
